tommee tippee straw cup broken - Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Travel Bottle & Food Warmer Set

I would like a replacement lid or full refund for the tommee tippee straw cup I purchased for my 18 month old son. The lid has cracked after my son dropped it. It shouldn't have broken so easily given its meant for toddlers.
