Tommee Tippee inefficient brand new pump - TOMMEE TIPPEE ELECTRIC BREAST PUMP

Bought the Tomee tippee closer to nature breast pump last week and very unhappy with it, it takes an hour (I only have a 30 minute break at work) to pump both breasts and it does not get rid of all the milk in my breasts, I have complained to both the store and supplier and they have not gotten back to me up until now, I am extremely unhappy with the pump, especially since it is so expensive.
