Perfect Prep machine isn't so perfect!!! - Prep machine


Recently I noticed that my prep machine hasn't been making bottles correctly. After making the bottle I would notice that on 6onz bottle total would be 190ml... which should be 200ml when I make it manually. So I contacted Tommee Tippee on facebook asking this question and someone replied asking if I can make a 6onz bottle without formula and end let them know. Which I did on Sunday and was 165ml shocking.... this should be 180ml water!!! Ever since then I haven't heard back despite several messages in facebook.. they have time to post on facebook however not to reply to messages. I did a contact form online to receive a call back and haven't heard! I am finding this company difficult in getting in touch with but also terrible in customer service. I am considered cause my daughter is constipated so wondering this less water effect is causing it! It's so shocking for a big company with a big brand to have this terrible customer service and thinks it's acceptable anything related to babies to take this long to reply!!!!! #disgusting
