  • Awful Nipples

I bought 2 kits of the colic bottles. One of home and one for Grandma's, $100 a piece, and these are the worse bottles ever!!! This is my 3rd child and I used playtex drop in's with my other children and thought I would try these so it would be easier for grandma. Terrible mistake!!! The nipples constantly collapse! I have replaced twice and have the same problem with the new ones. My baby is constantly choking. This really upsets me because money is tight and I spent a lot of money on these and now I have to buy new bottles. We will be going back to playtex. I want a refund! More...

  • Inadequate Breast Pump

I bought a tommee tippie double breast pump and it is not pumping my milk hardly at all. I have to squeeze the milk out myself. My milk supply keeps getting lower and lower and I don't have enough to feed my child. Any way to get my money back? I have no problem returning the whole machine. I really wish I had gone with the Medela instead. I've had it for three months but I don't have my receipt. What are my options? More...
  • Collapsing nipple

My 10 month old has been using the Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature bottles and nipples since she was born and we continually have an issue with the nipples collapsing. I wanted to use this brand because of the closer to nature feel as I was breast feeding too and had hoped to continue using the bottles for sippy cups later. Sizes 1 and 2 were alright and occasionally one would collapse and we would try another one that worked. Now she's at size 3 and it's almost like every one of them collapses. She has recently had heart surgery and is to the point where she gets too... More...

  • digital monitor

This ticket has been resolved or replied to by this company. I have purchased a crystal clear montior approx 2 years ago, it was replaced within a year of purchase due to a technical fault, whilst I lived in the UK, I now have a new baby and have relocated to the R.O.I and found the fault happening again, where the sensor is triggering an alarm, my baby is moving and breathing when this happens, which was on 5 occasions last evening, and I am unhappy, It clearly isn't fit for purpose, and nor is your website when you cannot submit the complaint form. Please respond asap More...
    (Parenting, Nannies, Babies, Family)

I heard such wonderful things about Tommee Tippee bottles, so I had them added to me registry. Well I was gifted a set of 0+ nipples, so went to the store and bought a 0+ infant bottle. The first time I tried it my baby was 4 weeks old, she choked on it, I thought ok, maybe I have the wrong nipple type on there, so I double checked this is the youngest/slowest nipple. Well I tried again the other week, my baby being 2 1/2 months, and she almost choked to death. I'm sorry, but these nipples are too dangerous. I also breast feed and let me tell you my daughter has NEVER choked on my... More...

  • steam steriliser

steriliser looses power all together mid cycle or has no power going to it at all - on 1 occastion the steriliser was bubbling and showed the sign E for empty (there was 80ml of water added at the begining of the cycle ?) this is not a good advert for your item as i need a reliable unit for the health of my baby a half sterilised bottle is no good to me especially as babies develop thrush from things like this (I am a very unhappy customer)I have returned the item to Babies R us who have tested the unit twice but everytime the unit works ok, they tell me there is nothing they can do unless...
