  • Perfect Prep machine isn't so perfect!!!

Recently I noticed that my prep machine hasn't been making bottles correctly. After making the bottle I would notice that on 6onz bottle total would be 190ml... which should be 200ml when I make it manually. So I contacted Tommee Tippee on facebook asking this question and someone replied asking if I can make a 6onz bottle without formula and end let them know. Which I did on Sunday and was 165ml shocking.... this should be 180ml water!!! Ever since then I haven't heard back despite several messages in facebook.. they have time to post on facebook however not to reply to messages.... More...

  • numbers on bottles

I have brought 3pk coloured bottles for my son and well what can I say. You charge £15 in tescos for these bottles and the numbers just rub of. So now when I make my sons bottles I am having to guess where the amount should be because I will not be willing to pay for anymore. I would not recommend tommie tippee to anyone unless this problem for all us parents are resolved and that you make these bottles so they don't have the numbers rub of. More...

  • Tommee Tippee Faulty Perfect Prep Machine

NOT HAPPY! Saved up to buy a Perfect Prep Machine and triedit for the first time today and it wont work. When you buy the machine first thing you do is put it through a cleaning cycle. This involves filling the hopeer with 1ltr of boiling water then pressing a button on the side which starts flushing the boiling water through the system. When I press this button it will not illuminate the symbol on the front and nothing happens. ive tried the normal hold the button for longer, switch it off and try again but nothing. I decided to phone Tommee Tippee customer help line..I was told there... More...

  • all products

Best baby products ever! I use easivent teats on my bottles and have no problems whatsoever with them "collapsing". I have used the same bottles and teats for both of my children. The electric breast pump pump is fantastic. I think people who disagree with this are more likely to have a low milk supply, but shouldnt blame the pump for that. The steriliser is also great. Still working. I bought everything 3 years ago and everything works like new. So, for those who disagree, you've either got a faulty item, or it's not being used correctly! oh, and one last thing - the... More...

  • Awful Nipples

I bought 2 kits of the colic bottles. One of home and one for Grandma's, $100 a piece, and these are the worse bottles ever!!! This is my 3rd child and I used playtex drop in's with my other children and thought I would try these so it would be easier for grandma. Terrible mistake!!! The nipples constantly collapse! I have replaced twice and have the same problem with the new ones. My baby is constantly choking. This really upsets me because money is tight and I spent a lot of money on these and now I have to buy new bottles. We will be going back to playtex. I want a refund! More...

  • Breastmilk Storage Bags a Joke!!

Tomee Tippee is an awful company I advise everyone to steer clear of them!! Here is my story. In August I purchased a box of Tommee Tippee Breastmilk Storage Bags. To make clear this is my 3rd baby I have breastfed so I am by NO MEANS a newbie at this. With this box of bags each one I opened ripped down the side, it dd not matter how slowly or gently you opened the bag, they would shred down the side. The few that I got to use, as I defrosted them each one has leaked wasting the milk. I contacted the company and was promised that they would replace the box of bags. They said they would... More...

  • Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep Problems!!

I was amazed when I first saw this machine demonstrated at the baby show in Birmingham that i just had to buy one! The way it made the bottle at the right temperature is such a brilliant idea, and it was so easy to use! Now my baby is nearly 3 weeks old and I am already on my 4th perfect prep machine after taking them back and swapping them at Babies 'r' us. the first machine we had cut out for no reason after we followed all instructions that came with it, and no power would go to the machine this was after 2 days of use! The second machine we had, had the same problem this was... More...

  • Closer to Nature Digital Monitor with mattress mat

I bought this monitor at the end of 2011 for my son, as he co slept for 6 months I didn't use it until he moved into his cot. After using this monitor for 15 months the temperature display on the base monitor has broken and now only shows half of the temperature. Also, the parent monitor cuts out when my son starts crying if the volume is above level two. I attempted to return the monitor to the store who will not assist me because they only offer a guarantee for the first year. I am very disappointed at how long this monitor has lasted, I would expect to be able to use this for future... More...

  • Inadequate Breast Pump

I bought a tommee tippie double breast pump and it is not pumping my milk hardly at all. I have to squeeze the milk out myself. My milk supply keeps getting lower and lower and I don't have enough to feed my child. Any way to get my money back? I have no problem returning the whole machine. I really wish I had gone with the Medela instead. I've had it for three months but I don't have my receipt. What are my options? More...

  • Collapsing nipple

My 10 month old has been using the Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature bottles and nipples since she was born and we continually have an issue with the nipples collapsing. I wanted to use this brand because of the closer to nature feel as I was breast feeding too and had hoped to continue using the bottles for sippy cups later. Sizes 1 and 2 were alright and occasionally one would collapse and we would try another one that worked. Now she's at size 3 and it's almost like every one of them collapses. She has recently had heart surgery and is to the point where she gets too... More...

  • 0-3 month dummy

I bought a dummy for my son when he was 8 weeks old, I decided to give it him one night to soothe him, only to find an hour later that he had spat out the dummy & had been leaning on the handle, this then bruised his cheek with the shape. Since that me & the mother are under investigation from the police & our poor boy has had to go through so many tests, thank you tommy tippie. Big warning to anyone who wants to buy their soothers, be very careful if your baby is like ours & spits the dummy out. More...

  • Tommee Tippee Explora Snack N Go

The ad says: the easy-access soft lid is specially designed for little hands to push through, yet it stops snacks falling out even when it%u2019s tipped up. Perfect for healthy snacks on the go. What it does not say is that the lid is so loosely on, that it comes off every time the pot falls on the floor or the kid shakes it a bit and the snacks fly all over the place. Also my 1,5 year old daughter can take it off by herself. I cannot understand why the lid is not screw-on? I'm very disappointed because otherwise the idea of this pot is super. More...

  • Baby Bottles

My daughter requested these bottles on her baby registry after reading great reviews. She breast feeds my granddaughter who is now close to three months. My daughter has returned to work and I bottle feed the breast milk. I'm not a happy "Nana". The nipple on this bottle collapses and the baby ends up with soaked bib. The milk drips out of her mouth while she sucks. She is using the newborn bottles. Also it is hard to feed her while traveling in her car seat. The baby needs to laying completely flat to be able to consume all the milk in the bottle. In the car seat... More...

  • Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Travel Bottle & Food Warmer Set

Our Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Travel Bottle & Food Warmer Set has been a helpful tool that keeps our baby's milk preserved. However, when I was about to refill it with hot water one morning (12-29-12) I noticed that the small rubber ring in the cover is gone. It helps prevent the spill of water when it is in locked mode. Thus, I am afraid that when my other children accidentally drop or play with the bottle & food warmer, the hot water might spill on them. And I cannot find where to purchase the lone rubber ring. It requires purchasing the entire set. How can I order... More...

  • Tommee Tippee is the best!

I love the Tommee Tippee for numerous reasons. The main reason I love these bottles is because of the wide rim at the top. When it's 2 o'clock in the morning and you are trying to score the whole with formula and rice(due to reflux) it makes for no mess! I also love the way the nipple is shapped as a womens breast. I wanted to breast feed my daughter, but after a day in a half of labor I decided not to and I love knowing that at any moment if I decided to breast feed she is already used to the nipple shape. I love the dark numbers on the bottle! I also have the tommee tippee... More...

  • Tommee Tipee soft tip spoons

As a midwife myself, and a mother of four children, I have always been satisfied with products from Tommee Tipee, until now. The soft tip spoons that you are currently selling are advertised as suitable for weening, although excellent in theory, the spoons themselves are not a sealed unit, therefore food can gather within the plastic thus creating a serious problem with hygeine. As babies are particularly susceptible to upset stomachs, this issue clearly needs to be adresesed before any serious gastrointestinal disorders are reported. More...

  • tommee tippee faulty equipment

I've have both a digital monitor and electric steriliser that didn't last. Bought all tommee tippee products for my first child. Used steriliser for 6 months for first baby, stored and then only used for few weeks for second baby and it stopped working ( of course now out of warranty) but basically only worked for 7 months. Also problem with monitor, the base is not working so only works with batteries. These are the kind of products that should last they weren't cheap. Very disappointed and will not recommend this brand to my friends. More...

My babs is four month now and I am so disappointed with these bottles. Kitted out our girl with all tommee tippee from soothers to sterilisers. We use the close to nature bottles with variable teates but we are on our 5th lot of 5 bottles, all the numbers keep coming off. Really don't know what to do please can you help.

I am extremely dissatisfied because the nipples collapse and milk (formula) gets all over my baby's mouth and runs down to her neck, it's really a complete mess .

elove says: (8 years ago)
I bought the whole bottle set in pink and sterilizer as well, my newborn spills the milk all over causing a big mess and the nipple goes inward as well, sometimes i hear her gulping and get afraid of her choking. I haven't try the sterilizer yet, but so far not liking this product.

caesarsorian says: (8 years ago)
I got the bottles with the 1 and 2 numbers on the nipple. Everytime my 2 month old boy feeds after about 30 seconds the nipples start to invert inwards

I purchaced a tommee tippee sterelizer from asda in Merthyr tydfil its the second time i gotta take it back because there is nothing init even tho it state on the box there should be 2x150ml bottles with slow teats, bottle brush, nature soother, and another 4 items. the second 1 is all rusted and dirty when people say £25.00 for a brand new steriliser they expect it to be a brand new one not something someone els had taken back and left it dirty and rusted and no items inside.

Kya01 says: (9 years ago)
I purchased a Tommee Tippee Steam Stereliser and after 4 1/2 months of use the unit has developed a fault, it looses power in the middle of a cycle and sometimes does not have any power going to it at all. I have put it in different sockets and rooms and the same problem presists. Toys R us where i bought the items from tell me that unless the unit does the fault when i take it in they can not replace it. NOT HAPPY as i have been in twice and both times the stupid machine does a full cycle (but this is what intermitant means)

arniecleo says: (9 years ago)
Does anyone have the number to Tommee Tippee head office as i am sick and tired of my messages being ignored by them.

emma says: (10 years ago)
I have now purchaced two microwave sterelizers & both after a short period of time have broke, both times the same way - the plastic lock has brocken off. luckly the second time round I had a spare lock from the first I could replace it with.
